I can't believe Peter Jennings died.
I'm so sad; he was my favorite reporter. I've watched him on TV since I was a little kid, on Channel 6 ABC World News. He was informative, intelligent, well-spoken, affable, and always maintained his integrity. He was awesome.
Why is everyone cool dying this year? HST, Johnnie Cochran, Arthur Miller, Shirley Chisholm, Luther Vandross, and Johnny Carson. And I'm going to count Jerry Orbach in with that too, because he was cool and died December 28, 2004, but I don't think I heard about it until very early January.
You know what's kind of chilling? HST, Johnnie Cochran, and Peter Jennings were the same age.
